How to Order and Payment Instructions:

  1. If you want to purchase this item then press the buy now button.
  2. After we verify and received your payment, we will process your order within 1 to 2 working days.

How Fast Can I Get My Products?

  • The time from when you pay to the time when you receives the goods is typically 1-2 Days order processing and 1 to 3 days delivery time.
  • Your orders will be Quality Controlled, Packed, and Dispatched within 1-2 working days from the time your payment is received and confirmed.
  • After we send out your goods, we email you the courier tracking number within 1 working day.
  • Processing and Transit time to your delivery destination, including delivery by courier to your door, is normally 2 to 5 working days only.

Receiving Your Goods

  • Items are shipped out USPS Priority Mail and 1st Class for smaller lighter items like the LED Light Kits.
  • If you are not available to be there when it is shipped the driver will leave a notice to pick up at the post office or have them re-delver the next days mail rout.
  • It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number.
  • If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery.

Warranty, Returns and Refunds

  • All products that arrive in the warehouse are checked for perfect appearance and correct functionality.
  • The packing staff check again to make sure that the right parts are included.
  • If you experience any problem with a product, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you.
  • Any returns must be discussed with us in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
  • All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
  • In the event of any returned goods, your shipping costs returning the products to our warehouse cannot be compensated.
  • We wish for you to enjoy your new case right away so in the unlikely event that a case comes damaged in shipment, we grant you a one time replacement. Offer valid for up to 7 days from shipment date. On second shipments you must make claims normally with the currier. To return to us, you must take photos and send in email along with explanation of where the damage is.   • Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates and returns.
